(2) Dangerous section wear more than 10% of the original height should be replaced.

(3) After overhaul, the hook should be tested to 1. Suspension of 25 times the rated load for 10 minutes, the elastic opening of the hook should not exceed 0 of the size of the hook. 25%, there should be no permanent deformation and cracks after unloading;

(4) After the hook is riveted, the gap between the plate and the plate should not be greater than 0. 3mm

2 Wire rope

(1) Broken wire inspection

If the number of broken wires within 1>1 twist exceeds 10% of the total number of wires, it should be scrapped according to the standard

2> If the radial wear of the steel wire exceeds 40% of the original diameter, the whole steel wire rope should be scrapped

3> The diameter of the wire rope is reduced to 70% of the rope diameter, the core of the rope is exposed, and the broken strand should be scrapped for a new wire rope

4> Before lubrication, clean with wire brush, kerosene, etc., and saturate with wire rope hemp grease (Q/SY1152-65) or synthetic graphite calcium based lubrication finger (SYA1405-65) for single-beam bridge crane

3 Pulley set

(1) The single beam bridge crane disassembers and repairs the pulley set to check for cracks

(2) Repair of pulley groove

(3) Inspection of shaft holes

(4) Assembly

1> The pulley shaft shall not have cracks, the journal shall not wear the original diameter of 30%, the conicity shall not be greater than 5%, and the value exceeding this value should be replaced

2> Check the groove shape of the pulley with the template, and the radial wear should not exceed 30% of the wall thickness, otherwise it should be scrapped. Shall not exceed the standard can be repaired, overhaul with sample check, the bottom and side gap should not be greater than 0. 5mm, the deviation between the center line of the wheel groove and the center line of the pulley should not be greater than 0. 2mm, the deviation between the center of the rope groove and the contour end face should not be greater than 1mm

3> After the overhaul of the single beam bridge crane, the shaft hole is allowed to have no more than 0. 25CM2 defect, depth should not exceed 4mm

4> After assembly, it should be able to rotate flexibly by hand, and the lateral swing should not exceed D/1000. D- Nominal diameter of pulley

1> Groove wear more than 2mm should be re-turned, overhaul groove should meet the requirements of the drawing, but the drum wall thickness should not be less than 81% of the original thickness

2> There should be no cracks on the surface of the drum, there should be no obvious loss of roundness, and the pressure plate screws should not be loosened

3> No cracks on the drum shaft, after major repair should meet the requirements of the drawing, wear more than 5% of the nominal diameter, should be replaced with a new part

4> The center line of the drum shaft should be parallel to the supporting surface of the trolley frame, and the deviation should not be greater than 1mm/m, and the deviation of the center line at the end of the two axes after the drum is installed should not be greater than 0.15mm
