(1) Each crane must be in an obvious place to hang the rated weight sign.

(2) During the work, no one or people are allowed to transport people with hooks on the bridge.

(3) Driving the crane is not allowed without an operating license and after drinking.

(4) The operation must be concentrated, not allowed to talk, smoke or do unrelated things.

(5) The car should be clean; It is not allowed to leave equipment, tools, inflammable, explosive and dangerous goods in a disorderly manner.

(6) The crane is not allowed to use over load.

(7) The following circumstances are not allowed to lift: the binding is not strong; Machine overload; The signal is unclear; Cable-stayed; Something buried or frozen in the ground; There is someone on the object being hung; Inflammable goods, explosive devices and dangerous goods without safety protection measures; Overfilled liquid items; The wire rope does not meet the requirements for safe use; The lifting mechanism is faulty.

(8) When the crane is running on the line without obstacles, the hook or sling and the bottom surface of the lifting object must be more than 2m from the ground. If crossing an obstacle, it must be 0.5m higher than the obstacle.

(9) For lifting objects less than 50% of the rated lifting weight, two mechanisms are allowed to operate at the same time; Lifting objects greater than 50% of the rated lifting weight can only be operated by one mechanism.

(10) Bridge cranes with main and secondary hooks, do not rise or fall at the same time, the main and secondary hooks (special exceptions).

(11) Do not weld or hammer on a lifted object or work under it (if supported).

(12) Inspection or maintenance work can only be carried out after power failure and when a sign indicating power failure operation is hung on the switch. If live work is necessary, safety measures should be taken to protect it and special personnel should take care of it.

(13) Don't throw things from the car.

(14) Limit switches and interlock protection devices should be checked frequently.

(15) It is not permitted to use the limit switch as a means of stopping.

(16) When there is a problem with the lifting brake, it is not allowed to lift heavy objects.

(17) The suspended object shall not operate over people or equipment.

(18) When welding a part of the crane, the ground wire should be specially set, and the fuselage is not allowed to be used as the ground wire.

(19) When the hook is in the lower limit position, more than two loops of safety rope must be retained on the drum.

(20) Cranes are not allowed to collide with each other, and it is not allowed to use a crane to push another crane to work.

(21) When lifting heavy objects, liquid metal, explosive and dangerous goods, it must be slowly lifted 100~200mm from the ground to test the reliability of the brake.

(22) Lights for repair and inspection must have a voltage below 36V.

(23) All the electrical equipment shells of the bridge crane should be grounded. If the car track is not welded on the main beam, the welding ground wire measures should be taken. Ground cables can be galvanized flat iron with a cross-sectional area greater than 75mm2 or bare copper wire with a cross-sectional area greater than 10mm2 or galvanized round steel with a cross-sectional area greater than 30mm2. The grounding position of the cab or lifting body should be more than two places. The ground resistance between any point on the crane and the neutral point of the power supply should be less than 4Ω.

(24) To do regular safety technical inspection, do pre-inspection and pre-repair work.
