Product Introduction

Main performance parameters of crane:

The main parameters of the crane are the parameters that characterize the main technical performance indicators of the crane, which is the basis of the crane design and the important basis of the crane safety technical requirements.

Crane dead weight G

Self-weight refers to the mass of the whole machine in a standard configuration, in tons (t) or kilograms (kg).

Lifting weight Q

Lifting weight refers to the mass of the object being lifted. It can be divided into rated lifting weight, maximum lifting weight, total lifting weight, effective lifting weight, etc.

Rated weight Qn

The rated lifting weight is the sum of the mass of the material that can be lifted by the crane together with the mass of the separable spares or accessories (such as clamps, electromagnetic suckers, balance beams, etc.).

Total lifting weight Qz

The total lifting weight is the sum of the mass of the material that the crane can lift together with the separable lifting gear and the lifting gear fixed on the crane for a long time (including hooks, blocks, lifting ropes and other lifting objects below the lifting trolley).

Effective lifting weight Qp

Effective lifting weight is the net mass of the material that can be lifted by the crane.

The parameter must be described as follows:

First, the lifting weight calibrated on the crane sign usually refers to the rated lifting weight of the crane, which should be prominently indicated in the obvious position of the crane structure.

Second, for the boom type crane, its rated lifting weight is changed with the amplitude, and its lifting characteristics are characterized by lifting torque. The value indicated on the sign is the maximum lifting weight.

Third, cranes with separable spadders (such as clamps, electromagnetic suckers, balance beams, etc.), the total rated lifting weight of the spadders and material quality, allowing the quality of the lifting material to be effective lifting weight.

Lifting height H

Lifting height refers to the vertical distance between the top surface (or ground) of the crane running track and the limit position of the loading device, and the unit is m. Usually when the hook is used, it is counted as the center of the hook and the carabiner; When using clamps and other containers, count to the bottom of the container.

Descent depth h

When the retrieval device can be placed below the ground or the top surface of the track, the lowering distance is called the descent depth. That is, the vertical distance between the lowest working position of the spreader and the horizontal supporting surface of the crane.

Lifting range D

Lifting range is the sum of lifting height and falling depth, that is, the vertical distance between the highest and lowest working position of the sprig.

Span S

Span refers to the horizontal distance between the center line of the running track of the bridge type crane, in m.

The distance between the center line of the trolley running track of the bridge type crane is called the gauge of the trolley.

The distance between the center lines of the operating track of a ground-mounted boom crane is called the gauge of the crane.

Amplitude L

The amplitude of the rotary boom crane refers to the horizontal distance between the rotating center line and the plumb line of the fetching device, in m. The amplitude of the non-rotating type boom crane refers to the horizontal distance between the center line of the spinner and the rear shaft of the boom or other typical axis.

When the Angle of the boom is minimum or the distance between the position of the trolley and the center of the crane is maximum, the amplitude is the largest. Otherwise, the minimum amplitude.

Operating speed V

Working speed refers to the speed at which the crane working mechanism runs stably under rated load.

Lifting speed Vq

Lifting speed refers to the vertical displacement speed of the rated load of the crane under stable operation, and the unit is m/min.

Truck running speed Vk

The running speed of the truck refers to the running speed of the crane with rated load on the horizontal road or track, and the unit is m/min.

Car running speed Vt

The running speed of the trolley refers to the running speed of the trolley with rated load on the horizontal track under stable motion, and the unit is m/min.

Velocity V1

Amplitude changing speed refers to the average linear speed of horizontal displacement from the largest to the smallest amplitude when the minimum rated load is hung in the amplitude changing plane under stable motion. The unit is m/min.

Travel speed V.

Travelling speed refers to the smooth running speed of the mobile crane under the road driving state, the unit is km/h.

Rotation speed ω

Rotation speed refers to the rotation speed of the crane around its rotation center under stable motion, and the unit is r/min.
